Okay, so it's a kinda rework of Tundra/Taiga Spotted war paints.
Previously main idea of this war paint was to make it look like someone painted owl plumage with big brush over shiny metal.
Now, I think I've managed all necessary improvements for this War Paint to match initial idea:

• Changed war paint mapping: now spots looks bigger (credits to @404, I was completely agree :P ) and pattern itself orientally locked
  
• Added albedo tint: now war paint has sweet metallic shine
  
• Added custom wears, scratches and blood stains: now with lower wears weapon starts to ice over and paint starts to peel off
