Sabitsuki (but it sucks)

I hate blender so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ much. 3 Days of working on this and so many problems refused to fix themselves that I've given up. Let me know if you want the blend file I will gladly hand it over (If I still have it.)
I don't really care all that much about being the one to do this model - I just want it available and not a mess of a creation.

Problems examplified
-Skirt clips despite my attempts to make it move with the legs
-Arms are noodly appendages with 3 elbows and disjointed wrists
-Shoulders are pinched, despite my best try to make it not be
-Light splotches cause Blender exports things with two armatures horribly screwing with it. Fixable, but I have no will to.
-Also fingers dont flex cause they kept becoming spaghetti, so I stopped making them flex.

Credit to Gar0npeX for instructing me on blender so I can atleast get this far before shoving my head in the ground.
Might make an attempt to fix the model if I learn how in a way that doesn't fry my brain. But hey, atleast the accessory metadeta is presentable???
