UW: Area 51; Nevada's unique National Wonder, Area 51, replaces the National Intelligence Agency. Provides two additional spies, levels up all existing spies, and provides a 15% reduction in enemy spy effectiveness. Increases Spaceship production by +10%.

UR: Jeans; Nevada receives a Jeans luxury resource after constructing a Saloon. Jeans provide +4 Happiness.
