Welcome to the Cornhusker State, Nebraska!

Leader: William Jennings Bryan, 41st U.S. Secretary of State, Representative from Nebraska

UA: "Homestead Act"; Upon settling a non-Capital city, have a small chance of eager Homesteaders turning surrounding, eligible, and empty tiles into Farms, as well as a smaller chance of some being Wheat Farms.

UB: Farmer Supply Store; Use Nebraska's unique Farmer Supply Store to increase a city's Gold, Trade Route efficacy, and Citizen growth.

UW: Berkshire Hathaway; Berkshire Hathaway is a special National Wonder for Nebraska. It increases the amount of Gold the city generates by 12 and modifies by 15%. Grants +2 Trade Route capacity. Grants +1 Vote in the World Congress and United Nations.

UI: Corn Farm; Creates a source of Corn resource. Yields +1 Food upon discovery of Fertilizer. Yields +1 Food upon discovery of Refrigeration.

UR: Corn; Corn provide +1 Food and only appears once Iowa builds a Corn Farm. After Fertilizer and Refrigeration, Corn provides +1 Gold.

US: Farmer; A unique Specialist for Nebraska, providing +3 Culture, +2 Gold, and +1 Science each. Recruitable at the Farmer Supply Store.

Yes, it's the same UI and UR as Iowa, which makes them less "unique" but NE is the Cornhusker state and IA is the biggest producer in the US today so I was torn! Also, no, you don't need both mods to have the corn and having both mods doesn't cause any issues so far as I've tested, so feel free to mix and match. Enjoy!
