Very cool concept. I like the idea of a new mechanic that forces you to take a sneaky approach with the new mind ability + how weak the rat is in combat.
However I think the lab is very poorly designed for a map that encourages a sneaky playstyle. It's way too open, nowhere to hide and sneak on the guards and their pattern is pretty irregular.

DHS wasn't updated recently. The chair bug is one that everyone got, I'm not sure what object is missing but the level seems to run fine without it. Currently needs some checkpoints though, wasn't able to beat it without cheats.

nevermind looks like the hotspot had an update and its been breaking all sorts of mods
