Instead of "Coalition Forces", could be "Request Ranger Squad", "National Forces" could be "New Recruits". Also, changes to the names of the upgrades such as, "Strict Equipment Maintenance" with flavor text like, "Our soldiers' weapons are almost literally falling apart at the seams and held together by duct tape and scrap metal. The addition of skilled mechanics and seminars on field repairs ought to make them far more effective in combat."
It feels like Azure Dam with just an extra bit of difficulty with embassies and the modifiers of the Chems, but all the FO stuff seems tacked on rather than heavily integrated.
