Desperate Government

Description
The Coalition supported the war as much as they could. The opposing forces were destroyed, their support base collapsed, until the Guerrilla forces rose up and took power for themselves. Now, it seems the government is left to fend for itself, all its foreign allies have abandoned it--but its foreign enemies, have not.

This scenario mainly focuses on an entirely campaign with no foreign Coalition support, only using resources you are can use, while also assuring safety and 'Security' for the region.

You know, now that I think about it, it's REALLY weird that you didn't use Warlord!

He has all manner of inititaives that can be used to be the "Whatever the cost." sort of government this has. His National Soldiers demanding bribes, more events where you have to weigh the costs of brutalizing the people, and perhaps some means to get paid fast at the cost of support.

Thank you for the feedback. It is much appreciated, it really helps me a lot so that I can improve this scenario into the way it meets to some of your suggestions.

@ruff1298 I did have the idea of some sort of "Ex-Military" for the insurgents to boost them up, but I wanted to try and keep it the same way as vanilla Rebel Inc whilst still changing some things up and not making it to hard but trying to still make it a challenge. But I'll look into it...

Great scenario! I can’t believe that there can be brand-new changes without changing the original game too much! This will be a challenge for players who are accustomed to the original game, but as long as you re-adjust your mentality and slowly explore, you can Find out a way to defeat the rebels. I like this scenario very much and hope you can make more similar works!

I don't really feel the "Desperate" of "Desperate Government", such as measures like "Imprison Journalists", "Accuse Organization of Foreign Sympathy", or events like "Isolationist Economy" that makes some initiatives outright useless.

Some Insurgent difficulty such as "Foreign PMC" for an extra powerful force would be nice, too.

It's got interesting ideas with making a National Only force more expensive initially and ever more powerful, but it certainly lacks for challenge or anything different, at least in Casual. The Insurgents don't prove much of a threat, there isn't any sort of balancing between the encroaching of foreign influence, and there isn't much of a feeling of becoming "Big Brother" or revolts due to how powerful the police is getting or what measures you HAVE to take to ensure there WILL be security in this region, no matter what it takes.

Ultimately, many of the initiatives are very much the same as they are, some changing up of flavor text, new branching paths, and of course, some consequences to more dire actions would be nice.

Can I suggest a revised description?

"The Coalition supported the war as much as they could. The opposing forces were destroyed, their support base collapsed, until the Guerrilla forces rose up and took power for themselves. Now, it seems the government is left to fend for itself, all its foreign allies have abandoned it--but its foreign enemies, have not."

"using resources you are can use"

Neat scenario. Not too difficult, takes away some stuff but gives you a lot of good upgrades in exchange.
