Korietz Class Gunboat

The Korietz was a real Gunboat class used by the Imperial Russian Navy, and the lead ship of eight in her class. These gunboats were designed and constructed throughout the 1880s, and are actually quite large for a gunboat. The Korietz proper was used up until the Russo-Japanese War, where it was scrapped in Chemulpo Bay after an unsuccessful breakout attempt by it and the Cruiser Varyag. As a Navalart ship, this thing is a beast for a pre-dreadnaught light ship. It sports a single, double-tube torpedo launcher, two, twin 203mm turrets, a single 152mm gun, and six smaller 8.8cm guns. It's also heavily armored. It makes a good "destroyer destroyer," and can even help cruisers and battleships against heavier ships.

Historical note: The actual Korietz did not have twin 203mm turrets, but instead it had two, single 203mm guns. The turrets were used to keep the proper firepower.
