Description
If you were looking for a mod that would allow you to pass freely through Africa without being surprised by a red line that won't let you through, you've found the right mod! In this mod the "wasteland" don't exist and you can pass in Africa!

Have a variant of the mod where every prior wasteland state has a modifier that causes divisions within them to immediately die off due to weak supply lines, for extra realism.
