Description
This mod has just been uploaded to Nexus. Any further updates to this mod will be on Nexus.

Ever wonder why the largest cities in Skyrim have only 30 or 40 people in them? This mod aims to change that.

What the mod adds

Part 1
-Merchants in all hold capitals depending on size, they will act like merchants and sell you things like a general goods store would.
-Barmaids in all inns, you can buy drinks from them.
-Outskirts settlements outside the five largest cities with more merchants and barmaids as well as skooma tents(buy or make your own skooma), thugs, bartender, blacksmith, and two unique followers(I'd recommend finding their journals) in each camp.
-Adventurers that will follow you in most settlements.
-Skooma Dealers in all hold capitals except Winterhold.
-More people in the college of Winterhold, Companions, and Thieves Guild.

Part 2
-More people in the Companions.
-Hunter Camps in each hold.
-Nobles in the five largest cities with bodyguards.
-Master trainer for each skill.
-Rangers who will roam the wilds and assist the player in combat and will trade certain items. They can also sometimes be found in inns.

Master Trainer Locations
-Light Armor-Dragonsreach
-Heavy Armor-Morthal Barracks
-One Handed-New Gnisis Cornerclub
-Two handed-Temple of Talos
-Block-The Treasury House
-Smithing- Warmaidens
-Alteration-Windpeak Inn
-Illusion-Whiterun Hall of the Dead
-Destruction-Penitus Oculatus Outpost
-Restoration-Temple of Mara
-Conjuration-Solitude Docks
-Enchanting-Castle Dour
-Alchemy-Winterhold Jarls Longhouse
-Pickpocket-The Warrens
-Lockpicking-Cidhna Mine
-Speech-Black Briar Meadery
-Archery-Gray Pine Goods

There is a master sneak trainer named Valenius in ironbreaker mine however I have not been able to get him to work properly. I tried every voice type and none of them would work. If anyone has had similar issues or successfully created a sneak trainer let me know how you did it.

Part 1 is complete, all future updates will be in part 2. While it is not required I highly recommend subscribing to both parts so you can get the whole mod and avoid certian glitches that may occur as a result of only subscribing to one mod.

If you want to have your own tent in the Outskirts kill anybody and steal theirs(they will respawn so you'll have to kill them again and again) or download Althirs Camping Tools - Portable Fire and Tent on steam or Frostfall on nexus and set up your own tent. Requires no DLC or other mods. If you have any suggestions or see any bugs let me know in the comments.

an issue i ran into right after installing both part 1 and 2 is that every single general items merchant had the exact same stock and it never changed regardless of passage of time.

I'm experiencing a bug where the vanillah trainers aren't able to train. They will say their line, then the training window won't open.

So these in the outskirts, do they respawn? I accidentally fus'd one of the kajit after "dragon rising" and they all went "I'm gonna kill you!" on me, so I killed two of them and lost the rest. Kinda worried I killed the immersion this mod provides.

This part of the mod makes that i can't train with some vanilla Npc like Faendal. I tried to uninstall all mods that I downloaded since the problem occured and it's definetly this mods that causes it

Really liked this mod w/2 exceptions. 1 Most of the original in game trainers don't train, they will offer to then when the training window should appear it doesn't . 2 Regarding the "Ranger Hood" it conflicts with the "Wear Circlets w/Hoods" mod, it's either one or the other with that mod. Thought the Ranger kit was cool overall. Any suggestions on these?

I've really enjoyed this mod. It's been so useful to just come back after adventuring and dump a load of unwanted items and make some easy cash at the same time. It's the paerfect convenience for trading and getting a follower if you're heading for a dungeon, I find. For some reason though, it seems to have disappeared from my game, which is irritating as hell. I'll try re-subbing and see if that works.

I appreciate the idea of an adventurer who will just join you with maybe a little dialogue interaction. Creating indigenous merchants other than the Khajit is honest for the land and the Nords. Just look at Yosulda's ambitions. But everything is overdone. Farmers are nice, townsfolk are nice, but most of the original Npcs in Whiterun were never this useful and generic all at once. Not sure if Skyrim is filled or hollowed with the current settings.
