This submission contains a proposed change for the Community Sparkle Unusual effect when used on Self-Made taunts.

Self-Made taunts use the Community Sparkle Unusual effect, which was built around emitting on hats and weapons. Since the same effect is applied on the player's entire body while using a Self-Made taunt, the effect is almost completely unnoticable on due to its low emission rate.

This proposed change contains an alternate version for use on Self-Made taunts that increases the emission and spawns the particle outside of the model so it doesn't spawn where you cannot see it.

- The particle is identical to the original Community Sparkle other than having increased emission rates and an increased spawn radius.
