Description
A complete rebalance of the game with many new features

May or may not be balanced as this is my first attempt making a ruleset

The complete change log is as follows:


Unit Changes:


Riflemen rework:

Cost increased 5-10

Health increased 2-3


Sapper rework:

Cost increased 15-25

Health increased 1-2

Movement speed decreased 3-2


Gunner cost increase 15-25


Tank rework:

Health increased 3-5

Speed increased 3-4

Building damage decreased

Cost increased 25-35


Militia rework:

Cost increase 5-10

Maximum unit squad size increased 3-5


Zeppelin rework:

Cost increase 25-50

Speed increase 1-3

Gas shots decrease 3-2


Building changes:


General health increases for all structures and trees


Outpost rework:

Increased vision

Maximum building power increase 2-3


Town rework:

Town cost increased 10-15

Towns can now recruit militia

Upgrade cost increase 4-6


Farms can now make militia for free


City rework:

Income increase per power 1-2

Upgrade cost increase 40-60


Factory rework:

Price increased 5-10

Income per power increased 3-5

Factories can now recruit riflemen at "half" cost


Airfield rework:

Price increased 5-10

Increased vision


Barracks price increase 5-10


Climate changes:

Global warming rework:

Every single effect of global warming can happen every year some seasons are just worse, as an example summer can have firestorms far earlier then winter can have firestorms but they can both have them making global warming far more dangerous


Unit evasiveness on ground tiles increased


Unit evasiveness on trenches increased

If you'd like to tell me what you'd like changed can you please say why? My assumption is for early game tanks to be countered by militia and later game tanks requiring sappers, tanks where quite hard to balance as they seem to be either really overpowered or really bad with only slight changes.

as the title states, the equilibrium or balance of the game is just broken with these changes.

Tanks are just better at everything for the lowest price per upgrade
