So i tried this and it works, but if you make it so no one can make transfers in the first window once you get to Jan you get 0 transfer budget and its set to 50m for the second season, real same as I was hoping to have it be like real life where the Jan will be the first chance to spend money.

you need to change the balance from 570mil to 500mil in the editor, as it "to high for clubs reputation"

you can spend it, theres 100's of millions in sponsorship, at the start of the 2nd season my balance was £500m
