if this were an actual recreation of how she looked in real life, she wouldn't look to different to how she looked when she was commissioned. aka: the superstructure would still be a mast with bits stuck on, and not an office block style.

yeah, the one you are talking about is the refit that never happened...

never made it to her second refit which would have given her more deck armour, the refit i'm talking about is when they split her superstructure in half to fit a sea plane, catapult and cranes, this recreation still has the weak deck

Thing is, she never made it to refit. she was sunk by Bismark before that could happen. that's what I was talking about.

it's the closest i could get to the historically accurate refit of this ship with my current level of skill

This looks like a alternate history refit; that is to say, it looks good, just not historically accurate.
