I also am having the same issue. I love the desks and would love to use them in my B & B. I get a message upon loading the lot that the item is missing and the game uninstalls it. All items are still on top. Quite mysterious.

I wanted to let you know that I am in love with your receptionist desks. Yet, I have been having issues with all of the different colored ones. It works out fine when I initially place it. It's even still there when I reload the game for the 2nd time. Yet, every load after that, no matter how little other mods I am using, it's just invisible. Yet, everything I had on top is still exactly where I had it. Just floating right in the air.

I have unsubscribed to it, in Hope's to be able to replace it at last minute. But, it doesn't even disappear. Even after unsubscribing. I can't even place anything in the area I had set this mod after I have moved everything I had initially on top of this mod/desk. It's acting like as if it's still there. I've ran into this issue with the last 3 flips I've done. I was lucky that the first time I used it. I was able to sell it. So I could use something else.
