[WOTC] Al ChestBreach Voicepack

Description
Just a lil' voicepack of Al ChestBreach, but for WOTC! Radio effect added, and all audio has been redone with RTX Voice to remove background noise. Has around 520 lines.

@Hjelmet So the vanilla launcher has been known to cause issues with mods, I would recommend grabbing the Alternative Mod Launcher and using that instead. It's a quick install and is the preferred method by the community overall.

The mod won't show up on my 2k launcher for some reason, any ideas how to fix? I'd really love to use this mod

I don't think I've commented on any other mods, but I had to say thanks for this. Albert "Brown Bear" Chestbreach has been a constant member of my character pool since I started playing XCOM, and now I come back to XCOM 2 to find that I can actually have his sweet li'l baby voice talking to me. Beautiful. Thanks a ton!

oh, that's right! Thank you, I totally forgot about those. To tell you the truth I had been so zeroed in on his gameplay vids that I didn't even consider those, might give them a look later and see if I can grab anything.
