With this one, I experienced a bug where Soundtrack Menu's continuous mode didn't work properly for any soundtrack when your mod was installed. When going into a shop, secret room, etc., the main floor music would continue (not end) and play over the other room's music, meaning two tracks playing at once. Uninstalling your mod resolved this bug. I suspect you have some non-quite-expected data in one of your config files what is triggering a bug in Soundtrack Menu. To fix, I'd probably grab the .xml etc. files from a known-good SM-supporting mod and use them as a template to paste your data in.
