New composite radar to old radar mc

Description
Adapter for the new modular composite radar to your old radar microcontrollers. Made this because I don't want to go through the pain and suffering of making an entire radar controller from scratch. So, enjoy y'all.

(note, my very first microcontroller. stuff may or may not work correctly because of that.)

i actualy did something like this
it has a lot of flaws tho and also does not have all functions of the old radar
