Tilled Soil + Vanilla Expanded Architect Patch

Description
Just a very simple patch that adds the two new terrain affordances from Vanilla Expanded Architect, to the placable soil from Tilled Soil. No longer must you cry as your lawn is ruined by random soil that refuses to allow grass!

Appears to work fine with no red/yellow errors thrown on 1.6. Likely just needs the tag, tested with my full modlist (roughly 400+) Sorry for the delay, life got busy

Worked to place Grass and Lawn Plot on both Tilled Soil's "Soil" and "Tilled Soil"

This isn't for tilled soil directly, Tilled soil adds its own soil (allowing you to turn stone into soil, to allow farms in caves), this patches that to act like actual soil. Tilled Soil adds 2 items to the same, Soil, gained from a research, and Tilled soil you place on top of soil.
