Description

Start with lots of fuel, and flying costs a tiny bit. Essentially eliminates the need to find and produce fuel.

Fixed. Mods downloaded from Workshop should appear in the mods list now.

@Reportedmite0 there seems to be a bug accessing workshop mods. We'll fix it and upload a patch momentarily.
