Comic Sans Announcements

Description
Every few minutes, this mod will randomly display one of many mostly gay-themed stupid messages on everybody's screen.

There are a few stupid announcements by default, but you can edit them in the following files:
garrysmod/data/comic_sans_announcements/announcements.txt garrysmod/data/comic_sans_announcements/sponsors.txt

Convars:
csa_enabled - Whether to show the messages
csa_cooldown_min - Minimum time between messages
csa_cooldown_max - Maximum time between messages
csa_message_duration - Duration messages are shown on-screen.
csa_message_fadetime - Time it takes the messages to fade in/out.
csa_sponsor_percent - Percent of messages that should be "sponsor" shout-outs.

Commands:
csa_reload - Load the announcements from the files in the data folder. Use this after making changes.
