Galaxius ACOT compatibility patch

For Stellaris 3.1

This is a compatibility patch between Galaxius and Ancient Cache of Technologies with partial support for Acquisition of technologies.

It allows building the DM/DE capitals and buildings on the intergalactic gateway (IG) megastructure. Building cost, yield and amount of jobs has been adjusted (only for buildings on the IG itself) to fit better.

Make sure this is in the playlist BELOW Galaxius and ACOT!
If AOT is present, make sure this mod is BELOW AOT as well!

Galaxius and ACOT are REQUIRED, it will not work without them. AOT is optional.

Merger of Rules supported, as always that mod goes last in load order (or near the end at least).
