Description
*In order to use this mod you will need to download GCFScape to open the readme with the actual mod as well as instructions in it. Here is the download link for GCFScape[nemesis.thewavelength.net] Start up L4D2 and let the addon download. Once downloaded exit the game. Now all you need to do is go to your addons folder in L4D2 which will likely be in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop".
Look for the picture that has the thumbnail for this mod. Once you find it open the vpk with the same number as the picture. Drag the vpk into GCFScape and open the readme. From there follow the instructions provided.

*If you still hear the Left 4 Dead main menu music click here to install this mod which will replace the main menu music with silence.

for a mac substitute for GFScape. Use Gridmount. It works just the same

ok for people who use a mac, in order to use this mod you need to do something extra. Mac's use .mov files to run the intros and backgrounds while windows uses .bik files. The file you get from this download is a .bik file. Macs can't use those. So what a Mac user needs is a .bik to .mov file converter. I recommend PRISM, they won't bullshit you with some "oh you gotta have dah fwee version or yoose can only gets dah half dah file." NO! they are the best. after you've converted the .bik to a .mov just replace the .mov video file in your left for dead 2 media folder and your good to go. You better apreciate my help I cried for 2 days trying to get this mod to work.
