Legacy Shattered Ring (3.1.x)

Description
A simple mod that adds a re-imagined version of the old 2.8.x Ringworld start to 3.1. Please note that some things had to be tweaked with the start to ensure there were enough resources for upkeep.

The mod tries to keep the world within the new balance of 3.x while retaining most of the functions of the old ring world start.

I wanted to give an update. I still have not loaded up the game in several months.

I apologize but this will probably not get updated until I feel like playing Stellaris again.

Any chance that this could be updated? It doesn't work in SP or MP as of the current build.
