Description
Allows you to start with a tier 3 meme in a fluid ideology.

Compatibility:
Does not make any changes to your save file. Safe to add or remove at any time.
Conflicts with mods that modify IdeoUtility.IsMemeAllowedForInitialFluidIdeo (but really, what other mod would change that function?)

Just to confirm: this mod is working for me in 1.5 even if it says it's only for 1.3

I'm no longer testing or updating my RimWorld mods (I simply have no time), but anyone is free to continue them if they're up for it.

is this mod going to be updated to 1.4 since the vanilla expanded patch mod hasnt been touched for months now ? or are all your mods been discontinued?
