Small Volume Gems

Description
This has been updated for RimWorld 1.4, if anyone cares

Makes gems a "small volume" item and changes their mass to be appropriate. Without any modded gems, this only affects Jade.

If Kura's Extra Gems is loaded before this one, all the gems in that mod will be small volume items as well.

I might support other mods in the future, if there is a demand for it.
