New Flyer Xcelsior Charge NG

The New Flyer Xcelsior is a popular low-floor bus model used by many American and Canadian transit systems including New York City, Boston, DC, Toronto, Seattle and San Francisco. New Flyer manufactures diesel, hybrid, fuel cell, and trolleybus Xcelsior models (among others). This is the battery-electric version. The pantograph on the top attaches to an overhead charger which could be located at a depot or at some layover stations; it does not connect to power lines like a trolleybus.

This pack includes all 3 versions of the Xcelsior Charge NG: the XE35, XE40, and XE60 articulated bus. On a full charge the XE35 bus has a maximum range of 220 miles (354 km) while the XE60 bus is 153 miles (246 km).
