Description
This contains Ganim's Transparent Tooltips and Status Symbols mod and my own Public Order (75-80) Blue Faces.

Ganim's mod makes tooltips and unit status symbols transparent.
My work restores the blue color faces of the original game to "disillusioned" publics.

My thanks to Ganim for granting permission to other modders to use their work.

Is it possible to cut the rubbish off the bottom of tooltips? The '2x click for x' 'hold ALT for no reason' etc?

It looks like it's not compatible. I don't know anything about the tooltip delay.

Subscribe to the Gamin's Transparent Tooltips mod. It's the files in there.

what files need to be modded to make the tooltip more transparent? i want to alter my files to use it with RIS.
