PS2 Eternal Heart

Description
Changes eternal heart pickup sound with the PS2's startup sound.

Will also change other instances where this sound is used, like Isaac changing phases.

Now comes with a preview, because I initially completely forgot about it like a moron

Figures. Now I'm just imagining the Issac fight where you get to phase 3 and it's just *PS2 start-up noise*.
