Painis Cupcake (Hunter) Replaces l4d1 Hunter

This replaces the model and textures of the l4d1 hunter with the hunter from the mod "Painis Cupcake (Hunter)".

You must have the required items for this to work.

Not sure what happened to dr.doctor but his page and workshop is completely gone now. It's such a shame, this was one of my favorite mods and I was so happy to see your L4D1 patch for it. RIP in pepperonis. :c
