Improved Defcon Units

Description
This mod add antialiasing to the Defcon Units from DEFCON Icon Pack created by Igtarr for a better look. This mod also add Defcon explosion style to conventional explosions ( no nuke ).

I really feel like this needs some modified nuclear bomb effects, even if not the standard DEFCON ones, just something that doesn't feel as out of place on the NEON map
