Mach 1 Speed (AIO)

Sets small and large grid speed limit to mach 1 (343 m/s or 767 mph), adjusts prefab parachute heights and increases vanilla ammo speeds.

Details: modifies the following files/entries:

Environment
- Changes both SmallShipMaxSpeed / LargeShipMaxSpeed to 343 (from 100)

RespawnRover & Container_MK(1-5, 8-17, 20-24, 26) & LargeContainer_MK(1, 4-5, 7, 9, 13-15)
- Changes Respawn Rover DeployHeight to 600 (from 300)
- Changes Unknown Signal Containers DeployHeight to 600 (from 300)

Ammos
- Missile DesiredSpeed 600 (from 200)
- Missile InitialSpeed 350 (from 100)

With update 1.207 Keen updated the DesiredSpeed of many weapons to 600 so they should not cause issues.
