i think mod at related about, sapling make all item on ground no longer glow after cut tree

i found true mistake about this after I cut down the tree, the game go little bit lag and item on ground no longer glow because craftable seeds mod and named sapling mod this two mod i play and
notice that make item on ground no longer glow
