pyramid_brick replaces heal
pyramid_solid replaces solid_dark-green
pyramid_gold replaces solid_red

Included is premodified proto_defs code that adds albedo glow to the base, removes team color from the base and adds an orientation lock for the brick texture (pyramid_brick) on all weapons.
