I am using vanilla game files to edit and the paradox wiki to learn editing.
https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Modding
Creating a special version of the mod in order to mod be compatible with a specific mod causes too much workload for me, even now I can barely maintain my mods. So, sorry, cannot make special compatibility versions.
Should be compatible with mods that are not editing/changing the same vanilla game files that this mod edits.
Did an update. If you're still playing the game, could you please check again and tell me if the problem still persists?
Even though it says that, it is compatible with all 1.37 versions of the game. Don't mind it.
