Panic Time Attack

Description
This mod turns on Time Attack when, and only when, an agent is under overwatch.
For when it's time to not stay calm and panic!
Can be combined with regular Time Attack!
Suggested by Chara on the Invisible, Inc. Discord server.

This mod needs Sim Constructor to function

This might sound like a joke mod but honestly it's a fantastic middle ground between TA and regular mode

I hate this so much but I'm keeping it on forever with Oblivion Guards.
