Modified perish Timer for all containers

If you encounter any BUG while using this mod, please describe it in detail. I will do my best to fix.

Modified spoilage rate (Mushroom light/ Icebox/ Saltbox/ Seed Pouch/ Sisturn/ Cook-pot/ Endtable/ Beargerful Sack/ Hutch/ Salt rock):
!!! Warning !!! make sure you turned on the option for ICEBOX otherwise it wont work for others

- Default
- Spoil waaaay slower
- Will gain freshness over time

Backpack :
- Backpack (Piggyback/ Krampus sack/ Backpack / Icepack/ Wilson's bear)

Cook-pot
- Only effect on those UNCOOKED resources once turned on

Salt rock : (actual recovery amount = total recovery amount / number of the item stack)
- Default
- Double the amount
-- salt rock now can recovery lightbulb and wormlight freshness as well.

Added support for the following items:
Kelp Dish / Superior Kelp Dish
Tackle Container / Super Tackle Container

Sisturn
- Have the skill " Blessed Sisturn I " learned.
- Now only KEEP the current perish states.

Ice
- Now can regain its freshness when put in fridge
- *** Only work when fridge is set in "regain" mode
