Description
This mod makes the max level 100 from 45. Each level after level 45 is 5000 xp to level up, for example level 46 is 120000 xp, level 47 is 125000 xp. There is a slight issue in the game were it does not tell you how much XP you need to get to the next level from level 45 and up, the game tells you that your at max level, but the XP bar does still work, there is nothing I can do at this time to change that.

The captain and officers have been changed to give more job and talent points, you get 1 job point per 2 levels, so at level 46 and 47 you will have a total of 49 job points, at level 48 and 49 you will have a total of 50 job points, level 100 will give you 80 total job points. Talent points are a bit more spread out, levels 46 - 51 will give you 1 every other level, 52 - 60 will give you 1 every 3rd level, 61 - 72 will give you 1 every 4th level, 73 - 87 will will give you 1 every 5th level, 88 - 99 will will give you 1 every 6th level, 100 will give you 1 more.

Crew level changes are slightly different, the max level for jobs are 36, anything above this number will bug the game and cause the job to be removed from the crew member. When you hit level 44 you already hit max level on the jobs in the base game. The talent points were changed to scale with the max level, level 46 - 79 will give you a total of 10 points, level 80 - 99 will give you a total of 11, level 100 gives you a total of 12 points.

I would love this without the extra job and talent points, just the level cap.

@sir Evans Since the mod version of the game grants all unlocks automatically, achievements are disabled in the mod version. They're only tracked in your (totally separate, non-moddable save files) playthroughs of the core version of the game.

@Sir Evans, I really don't know, I think any mod breaks achievements or does not allow you to get them. I could be wrong. Sorry mate.

@jamesthesecond Ya I need to do more balance for it anyway, I want to make the scaling better from the base levels to 100 and change the way the points get distributed, but that is about 135 lines I need to add and change, also need to do testing on it, I like the 16 talent points idea but im a little OCD and if I see I have a promotion that I cant get rid of im going to have a problem.

The only set back I see, is that some crew jobs, will have more points then talents. This is not a problem for me, but it might be for others. There will be a dot in the bottom screen where it show crew waiting for promotion. The other option for regular crew is to count the crew member class with the least amount of talents, and set that as a limit.
