Description

Added Raiding Stance for Ma Teng, Han Sui, Liang Rebels and Looters faction.

Raiding effects are the same as any faction that can raid in the vanilla game.

I have not tested enough to see if the designated AI factions will adopt the raid stance but they do have that option regardless.

Should be compatible with all mods that do not give the same factions the raiding stance.

Now run around China with fatigue immune cavalry and raid as you please!
