Plague Doctor Set

Description
Adds plague doctor style set: Mask, Cloak and Kris-blade. Its spacer tech and requires additional research.

Made this mod mostly for myself, just cos it looks cool. May be somewhat imbalanced like Kris-blade is capable to kill standard human with one flesh cut.

I wonder if this fancy outfit could be made to be toxic proof in 1.4
The plague doctor mask could function as a gas mask or something.

For what aliments your colony may have, give the doctors, or close enough to lie about it with the level 2 medical student, you know the one. Get them the official "Doctor" uniform for your colony today and start saving them!

Disclaimer: "Doctor" uniform does not actually help the idiot in it save the injured, they just look damn cool while applying the band-aids to the missing leg wound from a bomb.
