Built in 1908 the Singer Building was the tallest building in the world at 205m and 41 foors. It has been scaled down by 30 percent to only 140m to make it more in line with other buildings. Housing for 450 workers at 90% quality. The real building was demolished in 1968 and was the tallest building to ever be destroyed in peace time.

Added Hotel version of the same model.

Added variants with Lennin Murals.

Added a stand alone Base with no tower.

Added improved Singer Tower with new base.

Thank you for the reply. I found a site with plenty of great photographs, both close up and far away, hopefully they'll be useful for you. If you do decide to make the building, would it be possible to make it a modular building in-game (where different parts of the structure are individual buildings that have to be built individually)? It would be accurate to real life, different parts of the building serve different functions, and it would allow for this to be expressed in-game.

Wikimedia Commons also has good photos,

It is possible I could make that if there are good enough photos of it. Need clear unobstructed images.

Hi Novu, do you take requests (or commissions)? Would you consider making the Detroit Masonic Temple? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detroit_Masonic_Temple

I build this on every map I play at some point. Will try this scaled version. :)

Funny you mention the exchange place building, I was browsing the workshop for tall buildings yesterday, and guess what's queued up next to my Amaco building right now, lol.

I added the full size 205m version but it will still look small compared to the Amaco building which is 340m tall.

Should also check out my Exchange Place building which is 226m tall.

It's your Amaco building that's dwarfing my city, actually. :P

I'd actually really like the 100% scale version, I've got a massive tower dwarfing my entire city right now, and I'd actually like more very large buildings to balance out that massive steel skyscraper.

Oh I see under residential there is an "Improved version" that has heat its just the hotel version doesn't use it. I guess its debatable if it needs it but the guests proly want heat too, lol. (Though I suppose game mechanic wise they don't ask for it).

I have to say the Eiffel tower isn't considered a building but a structure architecturally so your statement isn't wrong. If you had said the tallest structure in the world then people could get their pants in a bunch. Sorry I know that was over a year ago but it bugs me.

Anyhow, I came here to say I LOVE this building IRL and so I had to have this for my game too when I saw your mod. Great job, and love having the options you included too. Scale wise I think it looks pretty good too in my cityscape as well. If I had to make any suggestion I would say if you ever have the time to retool it to include heating, I just noticed today that your v2 version doesn't. Not the end of the world but would be nice for it to include all game functions.
