There comes a point where you - don't believe I am saying this - you have too much money and you want to spend down. We are talking in the billions here - you have every garage, every driver, every truck fully optioned up. Fast travel, while now "payable", will not make a dent.

This mod is an option for people who want really expensive fuel. Don't judge them just because you aren't into it.
