No Fkn Scrap

Description
Ok so this is a server side CS script that will set the probability of scrap being generated to zero (0). This means no matter what you blow up/shoot/destroy, they'll be no floating scrap laying around.

This does NOT require In-Game Scripts to be enabled (so players don't make pesky CPU intensive scripts that'd cause performance issues). This has been tested in a multiplayer SeverBlend SE server with 100% success. This does NOT stop admins from spawning in scrap metal (Which you wouldn't need to? Why man why?) and does NOT cleanup scrap that is already in game. You can do that from your admin menu by cleaning floating objects.

Benefits: Player intensive battles using small grids where the scrap can get stuck inside and cause issues for the players during flight.
Cons: While I did test on a functioning server, I'm not 100% convinced this doesn't add any CPU load yet. Throwing a bunch of ships at each other didn't really simulate a player battle.

This is also single player friendly but you shouldn't ever really need it.

don't know why but i had both of them in the last playthrough ^^ and now kicked the other one out as it seems to do either less or might not be updated anylonger and well one is enough

@kinngrimm I wouldn't know - never looked at or used that script before. I'm sure it's either similar or the same.

Literally have this problem every time I get into combat. Scrap Metal spawning inside my ship. The worst combat experience ever.

@Abisius I'd agree with that but a new player starting out needs all the bits they can (IMO) if you're playing survival.
This script has since been tested in a battle on a dedicated server ; all large grid ships. SIM speed was a steady 1 even with 15 to 20 large ships flying around. Reports back from the people running the event were that this mod worked really well and it looks like it'll be used again in the future.

well there are singleplayer setups where these pesky scrappieces can get a hell of annoying, usually for setups with using modular encounters.
