Customizable No Cost

Beskrivning
No cost mod with options to each category.
The real reason I work this mod out is there's no compatible "No Cost" mod for the "postRunFn" feature introduced in 29372 build of June 22, 2020. All of them break the closureParams of updateFn.
I have received enough complains abouu this, sadly none of "no cost" authors get this problem fixed even after feedback and hints.
The "customizable" options is there just make it covers as much players as possible.

Is there a way for maintenance costs to be applied to vehicles that are only in circulation/service or on a line, or that a specific line does not have costs, that is, those that are in a garage, without an assigned line, or on a line out of service, that have no costs

I understand this is a script mod and there are not comands icons in the game. So, my question is: how do I customize the mod, where shouls I do it and which file I have to edit?

@Yrol Denjeah You can disable the no cost mod you use and change to this one the next time you see only a box when you want to put a construction on the map, remember this, that's all.
