Introduction
NOTE: Two achievements are no longer possible as of May 1, 2017. “Compiler Error” and “Friendly Purge” both depended on servers that the developers took offline. As a result, Stream badges can no longer be earned and duels are no longer possible. This means that the maximum achievement completion for this game is 18/20, or 90%. Also, microtransactions are no longer supported, so all bits must be earned in-game.
Tutorial Achievements
TRON run/r does not have an actual “tutorial.” While the first few levels of Tron City and Whiteout are easier than most of the rest, they do not teach a player how to play the game. The closest the game comes to that is a few pointers on the HUD and the tips that show up in the loading screens. Be sure to check the control layout to learn controls such as “Glitch” or “Slide” which are not as intuitive as other maneuvers. Strategies needed for earning high scores are hinted at in certain achievements, as well as other game features.

New players should focus on these "Tutorial Achievements" to learn the game and figure out how to get high scores.
Welcome Program
(Change a character skin.)
Available by selecting “Customize” before entering a level. There are many skin options from across the TRON franchise, but selecting the “Vector Suit” will help take care of 2 achievements at once (requires Outlands DLC).
Battle Zoned
(Outlands DLC) Complete any Disc or Cycle level using a Vector Suit or Vector Cycle.
Once you've selected the Vector Suit, all you have to do is complete any Outlands level. You don't have to earn any stars, just make it to the finish line.
Best Companion Marv
(Keep a Companion through an entire level.)
Companions are purchased on the right-hand side of the loadout screen. They are lost any time you derez. To earn this achievement, you have to make it through an entire level without derezzing. "Bit Compiler" is my go-to companion on Cycle levels, and I use the Aggregator on Disc levels.
TRON 3?
(Combo an entire Disc level from beginning to end.)
Combos are the number of bits you've accumulated over time. The higher the combo, the more points each bit is worth. For instance, one 50-bit combo is worth more points than if you got five 10-bit combos. The combo timer starts ticking down every time you get a bit, so you have to grab your next bit before the timer counts down.

The green circle around the combo number shows how much time is left before the combo resets. In Disc levels, combos will also reset if you derez.
Ridin' Digital
(Combo an entire Cycle level from beginning to end.)
Combos are NOT automatically interrupted in Cycle levels when you derez, but the combo timer continues ticking while your bike respawns. If you find it difficult to capture bits around sharp curves, consider using the "Bit Compiler" Companion at a cost of 150 bits.
The Bit Compiler will grab nearby bits when you aren't able to grab them. Many Cycle levels have approximately 150 bits per level and you can break even so long a you are able to complete the level.
Jet Grind TV Style
(Reach a combo of 250 in any level)
Not every level has 250 bits to capture, especially not the early Cycle levels. Tron City Level 3 is a good candidate for capturing this achievement without needing to spend Bits on your Loadout.
Performance Achievements
These achievements require the player perform an unusual task to complete.
Dead Pixel
(Do not destroy any barricades on a Disc level)
Many Disc levels require the player to break through barricades to reach the end. However, TRON City Level 1 can be completed without having to use your disc to destroy the green barricade walls.
Byte Blaster
(Destroy 20 barricades at once)
Buy the “Data Wiper”’ Power-Up and use it on Level 1 of TRON City. In the opening few meters of Stage 1, you will run in between two large barricades. At the 1,800 m mark, fire off the “Data Wiper.” If you were at the right spot, you should take out more than 20 barricades.
Vector Tempest
(Destroy 1,000 barricades in any level.)
The count for this achievement is not for a single run. You can play the same level over and over again to earn this achievement, but that's boring and not very fun. Instead, save this achievement for last, as you will more than likely earn it as a side-effect of the multiple attempts you'll go through to earn stars for one of the harder levels. If that's not the case, you can use the data wiper trick from the Byte Blaster achievement to grind this one.
User Generated Uprising
(Complete any Disc level without collecting over 90 Bits.)
Again, TRON City Level 1 is a good option for earning this achievement. Here's a video example, but the short version is you just avoid all of the bits in the wide areas, and use your disc to burrow through barricades to get around the others.

ENCOM Hacker
(Complete a Disc or Cycle level with a score under 20,000 points)
I found this one easier to achieve on a Cycle Level than in a Disc level. Use the Time Jammer Add-on and Quantum X Companion and just avoid the time gates with bits in them. Using this method I was able to earn the achievement from Whiteout Level 1. Avoid picking up any bits, don't do any tricks off the ramps, and don't destroy the other cycles that show up, and your score will be under 20,000. Here's a video example, but he doesn't use the Quantum-X companion.

Star-Based Achievements
There are 7 achievements that require earning stars in the game. The first two are "Battle For The ISOs" (Earn 2 Stars in a Disc level) and "Your Move, Flynn" (Earn 3 Stars in a Cycle level). The other 5 require you to accumulate stars across multiple levels. I've written a separate guide specifically on earning stars, because each level has its own point requirement for them.

The 30/50/96 Achievements can be earned with stars in any combination across the original levels (TRON City & Whiteout), while the 20/48 Achievements require the stars be earned in the Outlands DLC levels.
No Longer Available
These Achievements are not longer available, as the servers used for the online play portions of Stream are no longer available.
Compiler Error
(Outlands) Complete a Weekly Challenge and earn a Badge.
NO LONGER AVAILABLE; DEV SERVER SHUTDOWN
Friendly Purge
(Outlands) Duel another player in Stream.
NO LONGER AVAILABLE; DEV SERVER SHUTDOWN
