After the Prussian Army lost the 3. Reunification War a wave of desire of independence swept across Europe. After Years of riots and protest most of the nations gained independence. The new born nations needed a strong leadership a royal leader. Democracy was not the way to go but instead an emperor was back in fashion.

The idea behind this mod is to create a scenario in which the battle is mainly around resources and expanding into the surrounding world thus creating a vastly different playing experience. The mod includes new resources like grain and copper. Forcing a player to play outside of Europe is achieved by a reworked resource distribution. Only grain, wood and steel are available in Europe the rest has to be gathered outside of Europe. In addition to that new Buildings – like farms -, more government laws - like press or education – and new units – like airships or ultra-heavy tanks – have been added.
