Basic Buggy

A small buggy for early exploring and scavenging. It requires no advanced materials so can be built from a few parts scavenged from a wrecked vehicle.

Features three linked containers with an open cockpit on top, four batteries giving about an hour running time, all-terrain wheels optimized for going up hills and a beacon for navigation and light.
