Remove Bad DLC Augments

Description
Exactly what it says on the tin. The DLC's Skill Chip augments will no longer appear in shops and in stores.

Augments will not disappear from agents if you already have them installed AND have exited the mission you got them in. (Don't install new mods mid-mission, kids!) They're still in the game, just not in the sell/grafter pool anymore.

The DLC-exclusive and controversial Gel Injectors augment can also be removed this way, but unlike the Skill Chips, this is not enabled by default.

I may add a customisation option later to rebalance them rather than remove them. We'll see. In the meantime, you're also welcome to check out New Items and Augments, which can be customised to rebalance existing augments without adding new ones. @SR Most people don't like it because, if you stay in the level long enough, you will eventually go down to 0 AP. It also doesn't synergise well with aggressive builds (on E+, anything that involves KO).

It's alright in late game and Endless if you've got enough stats and gear to reliably complete missions in just several turns.

OMG the UI Tweaks author is present and in action!

You might want to check out the Invisible Inc. Discord, there's been update ideas/requests for that mod :D
