Improves Patchleather so it's not utterly useless.

Changes patchleather's protection to a little below plainleather, but it keeps its insulation values (which are the lowest of any leather), loses durability and market value, and remains relatively ugly.

Blunt Armor: 0.19 >> 0.22
Heat / Cold Insulation: 9 / 9 (Unchanged)
Max Hit Points Factor: 1 >> 0.9
