[1.4 Alpha] No Hotbar Pickup

Description
Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
No Hotbar Pickup makes it so that items you pick up don't go into your hotbar.
There is a config option that allows you to choose whether you want items to go into your hotbar when your inventory fills up.

mod is currently broken, trying to pick up an item freezes your character

for some reason this mod breaks mining blocks?

This mod also breaks the Mana Cloak stars

Void Bag doesn't work with this mod.
If this gets fixed perhaps also add an option "Prefer void bag to hotbar" for use with "Fill up hotbar when inventory is full"?
